Your Discovery Session is a 2-hour confidential, one-on-one, individualized look at who you are and which career will be the right fit for you. Together we will reveal how you are uniquely designed by examining the following five areas:

Using a personality inventory, we will uncover your natural strengths and weaknesses to develop a clear picture of your primary skills and communication style.

A web-based values assessment will help us pinpoint the ideas and beliefs that are most important to you. Understanding what motivates you will lead to the most satisfying career.

Your natural abilities often hide in plain sight because they are things that come so easily to you. We help you identify your unique combination of natural talents and match them to careers where you will excel.

Each of us has specific interests which contribute to who we are. Using a popular web-based interest inventory, we will help you uncover what interests you and generate a list of careers that are worth exploring.

A specific event or experience in your life, whether positive or negative, may have impacted your thinking about careers. We will discuss your life experiences to discover clues that may direct us to a good career match.
